Alex Foraker has been an amazing realtor making buying a house a little less stressful with all his hard work especially since I was pregnant and a first time homebuyer. When my family first started house hunting we were referred to a realtor with John L. Scott through a family member and had a really bad experience with them. The John L. Scott relator was very pushy, would not update us on listings we liked, and kept showing us listings outside of the area we wanted. She wanted to show us multiple houses at one time even though we were not interested.

We decided to start looking on our own and called on a house that Alex was working with. I sent him an e-mail and he responded very fast and met us immediately. He was very informational and had a laid back vibe which made us feel comfortable & unpressured. Alex was honest and gave us great advice on what will work for our situation and what we should be carful about. We told him about our realtor situation and he said he would be willing to help us out if we had any questions and was willing to show us his other properties. From that day on Alex was our relator.

Alex also set us up with a better Mortgage company to use to get us approvals for better loans since we were first time homebuyers. Alex updated me almost everyday on new listings and showed us the properties we were interested in ASAP. When we found our house Alex also gave us another awesome referral for our home inspection which was quick and very efficient. Alex has great people he works with and has made this experience easier on my family. We couldn't be happier with his service! Alex put our Mother's home up for sale. He thought that he could get a solid offer within two weeks. He did that in one week. This guy is knowledgeable, respectful and self assured. Not boastful but wants to work hard to satisfy the home seller and the buyer. We are so happy with the work that he did for us . We just do not have one single complaint about him.
