  I'm Alex Foraker and I've been with Skyline Properties since 2012, I've been active and sold real estate since January 2008. ♦  Unmatched exposure! Meaning unlimited internet advertising with listing syndication to major real estate websites such as, zillow, yahoo, bing, google base, trulia, oodle, craigslist, backpage, youtube and more!

♦  Meticulous with property features and photos.  Input into the multiple listing service done correctly - so often I see incorrect listing information in regards to sq ft, lot size, year built and more.  Did you know the majority of agents DO NOT manually search for homes?  Auto prospecting is used for example 4 bed 2.5 baths .20 acres + under 250,000.  If your home is not entered correctly the first time (IE 3 bed 2 bath) many prospective buyers may never even see your listing!

♦  Weekly contact in regards to what I am doing to market your home, reports of newly listed properties, sales and other information that may affect your home value.

♦  Yard sign with flyer's including colored photographs and property description always stocked.  I fail to understand why some agents have flyer boxes if they fail to service them.  Directional signs from all major arterial roads showing your home for sale. 

♦  You may see distressed properties in your area at too good to be true prices.  This is the fact, the majority of these homes will never sell and DO NOT represent true market value. 

♦  Easy to do recommendations to sell your home for top dollar.  Paint in the spare bedroom may make a difference to procure a timely sale. I have a great referral list of affordable and reliable contractors.
